We have invested in automated cutting, stripping and crimping systems, calibrated tooling and structured inspection processes to deliver repeatability and production scalability.
Quality, Compliance & Certification
LASS operates under ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality management systems.
We hold VDE (VG) VG 96927-2:2020-06 and VG 96927-2:2024-10 certification for defence-grade cable assembly compliance.
Our team is trained to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, supported by an in-house certified IPC trainer, ensuring continuous development and workmanship excellence.
All production tooling is serialised and calibrated, with comprehensive build record documentation enabling full traceability of materials, processes and operators.
Defence Industry Alignment
LASS is a registered member of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) and is JOSCAR registered, supporting secure and compliant participation within defence supply chains.
